These terms apply to the Stipline LLC ("Stipline," "we," "us") website and to the text messages, emails and calls we send on behalf of car dealerships we work with. By using this site or our messaging program, you agree to these terms.
What we do
Stipline helps dealerships follow up with customers who asked about a vehicle or financing: answering questions, setting appointments and callbacks, and sending reminders. Stipline is not a lender or a dealership. We do not make credit decisions, quote rates or payments, or guarantee approval. Any vehicle sale or financing is between you, the dealership and its lenders.
Text messaging program
- Program: customer-care and follow-up texts from a dealership you contacted, sent by Stipline on the dealership's behalf, about your vehicle or financing inquiry, appointments and reminders.
- Consent: we text only people who agreed to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of buying anything.
- Frequency: message frequency varies based on your inquiry and replies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop texts. You'll get one message confirming you're opted out.
- Help: reply HELP, or email jdumankaya@gmail.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. Mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing.
Calls
Calls may be placed or answered by an automated virtual assistant that identifies itself as one. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. You can ask for a person at any time, or ask us not to call you again.
Website
This site is provided for information about Stipline's services. Results shown on the site are totals from our own records and are not a promise of results for any dealership. Don't misuse the site, try to break its security or copy it for commercial use without permission.
Disclaimers and limits
The site and messages are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Stipline is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or messaging program.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date.
